Necessity Breeds Ingenuity: With decades of experience in Property Management and IT, Luis Teran launched TenantEvaluation to streamline community association management. This vision led to the creation of the world’s first digital application and onboarding platform.

TenantEvaluation allowed Community Managers to streamline applications by handling Tenant Background Checks and Credit Reports directly on the platform.

Online Document Collection

A Sustainable, Digitized Application
